PANTONE - temperature

Temperature

Colour temperature is the perceived warmth or coolness of a particular colour. Colours that carry more blue tones, which are considered to be 'cool', tend to recede into the background slightly. Warmer colours, such as reds and oranges, can be seen to jump out at you a bit more. 
Here I have tried to show the contrast between cool and warm colours, as well as how these colours exist within the colour wheel.
