About the brewery and beer:

- main stream and commercial
- large target audience
- based in Yorkshire, branding reflects this
- on shelf and in fridge presence is very important
- simplicity
- name 'hell fire', reflects the beer
- young demographic
- drank out of the bottle
- zingy, zesty, citrus flavour
