If new york shop that set up in london; Class, Research New Yorkers like about London. 
What they like, Royals - Upperclass: 

Cheesy; Gentlemen, Tailored suits, Don't Cheapen the brand

People that would not go on seaside holiday: are sea side holidays still? Beer Gardens : Link it more to twitter

# thats so British : make it more social > creates a vibe > Phone box idea is effective > Yellow Pages in box also

- Random showers in audio - FLASH SALES when it rains: all staff put up umbrellas  etc
