Made up a name tag by creating a standard shape.
Use of the same fonts, colours, and inclusion of the logo.
This tag would be attached to the handle of the box in order to allow the owner to fill in the name of their newly purchased guinea pig, it's date if birth and it's breed, which can be found using the flow-chart on the box.
