Concept

What are you going to do?

For this project, I have chosen to revisit the 'Message and Delivery' brief, and I also want to look at incorporating the 'Proverbally Yours' brief as this was the starting point. I hope to redesign the three posters, and also the mail shot. The mail shot is something that really needs to be explored further, and could be much more relevant to it's profession and proverb.

Why have you chosen it?
The main reason I have decided to revisit this brief, is because I feel that since then I have learned things that could benefit this project. When undertaking this project, I must admit that I didn't feel overly confident about what I was doing. As it was one of the early briefs, I didn't know much about Illustrator and so on, therefore I kind of held back with what I was doing. I am a lot more comfortable now with text and image, and feel that what I have learned up until this point can be used to improve on this brief from 403. 

 I believe that this brief challenged me in terms of coming up with a concept that worked with the proverb.  I want to work upon the original concept that I had, and really push it. I want to keep some of the original requirements, however I may end up changing some if I feel it will benefit the final outcome. 

How will you improve it?

I want to explore the proverb further, and work on the feedback given to me in order to improve. As part of this, I want to look at the idea of a mail shot, and really investigate this in an appropriate manner, not just sticking to something simple. The idea of secrecy will be expanded on so that it becomes much more relevant to both profession and proverb.

In order to gain a better understanding of where I need to begin, I am going to return to the feedback previously given to me for the 403 brief.
