Home page
The home page straight away displays the main purpose behind the website, allowing the user to categorise blogs in terms of their interests. The design is simple, but effective, allowing the user to easily navigate themselves around the website. The header is fixed so that the links and categories are always there no matter how far down the page you visit, this allows you to change pages without having to scroll all the way back up to the top, and also allows you to categorise even further as you go along.
The header image is clickable, and will take you back to the homepage no matter whereabouts you are within the site. In addition to this, the images are rollover, and return to their original state when hovered over. When clicked, they will take the user to that blogger's web page.
Top blogger?
The purpose behind this page is to explain briefly what exactly the website is all about, as well as displaying information about the publication that is linked to the site. It gives the user information on how to purchase or receive the zine, as well as letting them know the blogger of the month.
Top ten blogs
This page is to display the top ten blogs of that particular month, which will update every month depending on the popularity of each blog. A mixture of both male and female blogs will be included within the top ten blogs in order to appeal to the whole of my audience.
This page follows the same design as the home page, utilising the rollover image tool and clickable links. Each image is picked carefully so that it represents that individual the best it can.
Depending on what image is clicked, it will take you to that particular individuals blog.
Contact
The final page is a simple contact page, allowing the user to get in touch via a number of methods. Twitter, facebook and instagram pages are all included as these forms of social networking are currently very popular with the target audience.
