Using our chosen colour scheme, I wanted to apply this to possible products that would be used for our final range. Using the templates I had previous created, our patterns and colours were applied to these designs.
Colour scheme:
Small gift bag:
A small gift bag appropriate for smaller items that would be sold and purchased within the store. It is important to have a different size range of bags within a shop, as no one likes to walk around with a huge bag for a tiny product. It is also annoying when the shop cannot provide you with a bag large enough for whatever you have purchased.
Large gift bag:
Larger gift bags for larger products that can be purchased within the store. This may include jackets or a number of different smaller products. All bags would include the Ted Baker gift tag, in order to reference the concept.
Shirt box:
A gift box that would be used specifically for packaging shirts. Shirts are a best seller in the men's department at Ted Baker, and they are a product that is needed to be kept nicely packaged and crease free.
Accessories box:
Shoe box:
Mix of boxes:
Wrap box:
We looked at this possible gift box design that would incorporate the speech bubble idea that we initially had. The speech bubble would be cut out of the top of the box and the band would be wrapped around the bottom part of the box. Whatever was written on the band would then show through the speech bubble. This ties in with the concept of spreading Ted through word of mouth.
