In order to reflect the brand and it's aesthetics more, the colours of the patterns were changed. I decided to pick colours that were brighter and therefore more playful and interesting to look at.
The flavours of the drinks were then added to the bottle in a rounded sans serif typeface that reflected the brand and the overall look of the product. It worked effectively alongside the type already used within the logo. The labels were also changed to fit in with the new colour scheme, and the new bright colours made them pop out and attract attention.
Experimenting with adding neck labels, which could include type or a quote that is relevant to the brand itself. It is also ties the colour scheme together nicely, making the flavours more identifiable to the customer. The opacity of all labels were reduced slightly so that the pattern could be seen, but not so much that it took attention away from the logo itself. It also made it look more like it was actually placed on the bottle.
Sticker and label development
A cap tab was added to the top of the bottle, instead of the neck, which is something that has been featured in Feel Good Drinks before. This would allow my products to work as part of a range. It also allowed me to add a slogan on to the bottles which states 'you deserve it'. This follows on from the title of Feel Good, i.e. "Feel Good, You Deserve It." The flavour text was also moved to the bottom in order to spread the features out and create a nice balance.
Applying to bottles
How all the bottles would work with the above features.
Although it is a minor change, it should be noted that at this stage, the patterns for apple and blueberry and lime and cranberry were changed. Originally they shared the same shade of green, however for the final bottles this was changed so that the two could be identified as different flavours.
Bottle reverse
Display the health benefits of Feel Good drinks using the cap label and the reverse of the bottle. Stating their tagline of 'no added nasties' and '100% natural'.
