TED BAKER - colour development

As myself and my partner hadn't fully decided on a colour scheme yet, due to working on parts separately before bringing them together, we decided it was time to make our minds up. In order to fit in with our theme, and the brand, we browsed the website and lookbook images for a selection of colours that were most suited.

I sent these first four colours over to Steph. We decided that the fourth colour didn't quite fit with the aesthetics we had in mind. It was a little bit sickly looking, and didn't fully represent our Countryside theme.

I therefore swapped the fourth colour for a deep maroon. This was definitely much more suited to our concept, and complimented the other colours well.

Looking at these four colours, we decided there was no reason for there to be a paler green, and as we wanted to have black as our fourth colour, we decided to get rid.

With these four colours, Steph felt that the darkness should be increased so that they were bolder and stood out more.
The below colours are therefore our final four colours.
